"Doesn't work for me" 2009-03-08

I have 2 brand new Sony FX1000 cameras, and when I charge these Eforcity batteries and turn on the camera, the camera gives me an error that 'the batteries are too hot.' But, they are not hot, because I can feel they are room temperature. Anyway, whether its the camera's fault or the batteries' faults, I wouldn't recommend them because of that. The Sony batteries work, and you can't argue with that. Furthermore, these Eforcity ones are kind of light compared to the real NP-F970's, which makes me suspicious, and because they're not InfoLithium they won't tell you how much battery life they have.

Do yourself two favors:

1. Get a battery that will extend the life of your camera (Mine says 869 minutes at full charge.)

2. Don't waste money on the Sony battery.

I haven't had a single problem with this. One of the best investments you can make.
